In the interview, Rui discusses the brand-new facility at 4 Cariboo Avenue, which the entire team had a hand in making the facility inviting and comfortable. The shop is fitted with all new equipment done up in the MNM colours, complete with seven bays, state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, and the latest technology that allows them to go virtually paperless. 

“So, the team is happy.  We were lucky; we were able to design this place from the ground up pretty much. So, it was a clean slate.”

Collaboration is at the center of MNM philosophy. Rui asserts that happy techs lead to a happy workplace. With a quality team of car technicians and customer service representatives working under one roof, they all play a crucial part in making the shop run. 

Training is an important priority for the team. Rui expresses appreciation for his crew's enthusiasm to learn and enhance their skills. By equipping the shop with the latest tech, they are well-prepared to adapt to whatever comes next on the automotive horizon and stay on top of the developments in the field.
